FEE: $15 PER CLASS. MUST BE PAID TO INSTRUCTOR.
ABC's: is a non-impact class, focusing on the abs and lower body. Basic yoga stretches are mixed in.
CIRCUIT: is a form of body conditioning or resistance using high intensity aerobics. Targets strength building or muscular endurance.
INTERVALMIX: training is floor and step moves in times segments. You will bring your heart rate into your anaerobic zone and back down again for the most efficient fat burning workout. Weights are used between segments to help keep heart rate elevated and tone muscles.
KETTLEBELL: FYSA.
KICKBOXING: is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
POUND: is a full body cardio workout using specially designed drumsticks. You can burn up to 600 calories through intense cardio conditioning and strength training as well as yoga and pilates inspired moves.
POWERSCULPT: is a weight training workout, using compound movements and body resistance exercises.
PYRAMID: training begins with a lighter set of weights and you will work your way up to a heavier weight with each set. You will move quickly through the muscle groups, giving little rest time.
SLOW/HEAVY: uses barbells and free weights at a slow pace designed to maximize muscle activation.
STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
TABATAKICK: is the ultimate energizing, fat burning aerobic workout. It's 20 seconds of intense moves with 10 second of recovery. It's a fun way to boost metabolism, burn calories and gain strength and confidence. All fitness levels are welcome.
TRAINING: Casey Alcorn is providing a Training course for Gym Members ONLY. Training will be $10 paid to the instructor.
ZUMBA: is a high energy workout that uses dance and aerobic exercise routines to work the core and lower body.
